BoxNCase Creator Guidelines

1. DISCLOSE YOUR CONNECTION WITH BOXNCASE

The Federal Trade Commission's Guidelines on Endorsements requires You to be honest and straightforward about your connection to BoxNCase in Your Content. This means you must disclose that you have been paid or rewarded by BoxNCase, whether simply under disclosures or anything similar.

• Examples of acceptable disclosures include:
• "I'm being compensated by BoxNCase for this post," or something similar
• If You submit or post content to a blog, a blog post has been or
• "This video is sponsored by BoxNCase" or "I'm a BoxNCase affiliate" or similar disclosure language
• Disclosures must be clear and conspicuous. In other words, they must be easy to see and understand. Just having a disclosure somewhere on your page is not enough. You must make it clear that You are being compensated by BoxNCase.
• If You are sharing photos or text on the blog, landing or any list of hashtags in a post and must be disclosed in the caption, above the fold or at the beginning of the post, not buried in a list of hashtags or at the end of a long caption. If You are creating a video, the disclosure must be included in the video itself, not just in the description. If You are creating a blog post, the disclosure must be included at the beginning of the post, not at the end.

2. GIVE YOUR HONEST AND TRUTHFUL OPINIONS

What You say about our products and services needs to reflect Your honest and truthful opinion and actual experiences. Never represent Your opinions as those of BoxNCase.

3. ONLY MAKE FACTUAL STATEMENTS THAT ARE TRUTHFUL AND CAN BE VERIFIED

• Only make factual statements about our products or services which you know to be true and can be verified. Don't exaggerate or embellish about our products or services.
• If You make a claim about a product or service, make sure it's accurate and can be substantiated.
• If You're not sure whether a claim is true or can be verified, don't make it. These guidelines apply to both positive and negative claims.

4. RESPECT THE RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES

• When you post or share Content, do not include third-party material or Your Content unless You have express permission. Third-party content refers to photographs, images, logos, trademarks, music, video, text, or other materials owned by someone other than You or BoxNCase. This also includes shopping another person in Your Content too. Your final item or a picture of a location or property that's not yours without first getting permission. If our Content includes third-party content, You must have the necessary rights to use those materials.
• Please do not use the BoxNCase logo or other BoxNCase trademarks in Your Content without our prior written approval.
• Don't use or reference BoxNCase employees, partners, suppliers or retailers that offer BoxNCase branded products without BoxNCase's prior written approval.

5. BE RESPECTFUL

• Treat who You interact with (and are a part of) with respect. Don't send messages that are illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law or is otherwise inappropriate.
• BoxNCase is a family-friendly brand. Your Content must be appropriate for a family audience and may not contain profanity, sexually explicit content, or content that promotes illegal activities. Your Content must not contain any content that is defamatory, libelous, or that violates the rights of any third party.
• Your Content may not include any negative comments used for shock value, crude, vulgar, sexual, violent, or otherwise objectionable content. Your Content must not contain any content that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group.

6. BE TRANSPARENT

If You are asked about Your relationship with BoxNCase or other parties, including employees of BoxNCase, clearly state that Your views and comments are solely Your own and not on the behalf of BoxNCase.

7. TALKING AND WRITING ABOUT BOXNCASE

When you post or talk about BoxNCase, do not post or write about:

• Use of obscenities.
• Posts that are off-topic or link to material that is off-topic/offensive.
• Any copy/reference that disparages the quality of the BoxNCase brand or products sold through BoxNCase.
• Anything that BoxNCase is related to a competitor or
• Use "deal" language to directly compare BoxNCase merchandise to products of other brands, or BoxNCase to other retailers.
• Any copy or action for promotions and contests, or other non-brand related engagement or sweepstakes.

If You are posting or talking about BoxNCase, You must be truthful and not misleading. You may only use our BoxNCase trademarks that are expressly provided to you in connection with Your Services. You must never use another approved logo or symbol you use, or otherwise use BoxNCase brands, the logo must be written approved from us in writing. If you are not certain about content (which permission can be in writing, you must send it to us specifically permitted and subject to the terms and conditions we provide), you must not post it.

If BoxNCase asks You to take down or edit content, You must do so immediately or within the time frame we request.

8. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU TO TAKE DOWN CONTENT AND TERMINATE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH BOXNCASE

We reserve the right to request that You take down any Content and You will need to comply with BoxNCase's request. If we request that You take down any Content, you must remove it from all platforms where it exists.

We also reserve the right to terminate your relationship with BoxNCase at any time and for any reason (or no reason) at our sole discretion. If your relationship with BoxNCase is terminated, You must immediately cease all use of BoxNCase trademarks and take down all Content that references BoxNCase guidelines.
